Delete your Resilio Online account
In the game (instant)
- Open Resilio Online and tap ONLINE.
- Type your login and password.
- Tap DELETE ACCOUNT, then tap it again to confirm.
The account and its character are deleted at once.
Without the game
Email cruorfalldev@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Resilio Online account" and your login. We may ask you to confirm from the game before deleting. We answer within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account, login, password hash, phone identifier, character, items, history, restore points and guild membership (a guild you lead passes to another member). Copies in nightly backups disappear within 14 days. Bug reports you sent are kept at most 12 months. Your single-player save stays on your phone until you uninstall the game.
